Ontario needs a Bradford Bypass impact assessment

Ontario Greens leader and MPP for Guelph Mike Schreiner released the following statement in response to reports that the federal government will not conduct an impact assessment of the Bradford Bypass, despite a court ruling that would have allowed it to reverse the decision.
