Ontario Greens encouraged by court decision to pause Ford’s bike lane removals pending constitutional challenge

Ontario Greens Deputy Leader and MPP for Kitchener Centre Aislinn Clancy released the following statement in response to Justice Paul Schabas’ decision to reverse the previous court ruling that would have allowed the province to rip out stretches of Toronto bike lanes before a final ruling on the constitutional challenge launched by Cycle Toronto.
