Hotel Rooms

The hotel has provided a private web link to reserve rooms at our special group rate. Register for the AGM to receive the link and be sure to book by 5pm on October 4th, 2024 to secure this deal!

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Parking

Discounted DAY parking rate of $15 plus tax per vehicle for the whole weekend

• To claim this rate, collect a parking pass from the GPO registration desk when you arrive (valid for the entire weekend) and present it on your way out.

Discounted OVERNIGHT parking rate of $30 plus tax per vehicle, per night

• Overnight parking will be handled on the final invoice provided at check-out. All guests of the GPO block that require overnight parking will be billed for the number of nights they stay.

Pearson International Airport. (YYZ) : Airport Road east (becomes Dixon road), follow to 401 East, exit Division St. Exit in Kingston, go south to Princess St turn left, hotel on right (cross street Princess and Ontario).

Ottawa International (YOW) : Airport Parkway to Huntclub Road West to 416 south to 401 west, to division St south, left on Princess St. hotel on right
