Ontario Greens announce multiple 2024 fundraising records

TORONTO — Ontario Greens have set multiple fundraising records in 2024 and the numbers suggest the party’s momentum will continue to grow in 2025:

• Highest-ever annual fundraising year for a non-election year at $2 million
• Highest Q4 in the history of the party at $884,000
• Highest December in the history of the party at $500,000
• Highest single-day of donations in the history of the party at $113,000 (December 31, 2024)

Almost 8,500 people from across Ontario chipped in to support the Greens’ vision of a fairer, more equitable future for people in every corner of the province.

“This shows that people-power works,” Ontario Greens Leader Mike Schreiner said. “Ontarians from across the province are excited to support a party that puts people before profits and that has a real plan to address issues like housing affordability and rural access to healthcare”

“In 2025 we’ll keep building on our momentum to ensure we can elect more local champions to represent their communities at Queen’s Park.”
