Ontario adds 400 new COVID cases
September 18, 2020
QUEEN’S PARK — Mike Schreiner released the following statement after Ontario added 400 new cases for the first time since early June:
“The second wave is at our door, and people are still waiting for the Ford government to deliver a plan.
Instead of building up our testing system for this inevitable upswing, the Premier spent the summer on a campaign tour patting himself on the back.
Ford must answer for the testing lineups snaking around city blocks and the parents being turned away with their feverish toddlers.
Ford’s second wave plan will be useless if the horse has already left the barn.”
