GPO Provincial Executive Nomination Form

For those wishing to put their names forward as nominees for the 2026 PE Elections, please submit this completed Nomination Form no later than Friday, October 23rd at 11:59pm EDT. Please note that, in order to be eligible to run for a position on the PE, you must have been a Member of the GPO for at least 3 months prior to the close of voting (i.e. since August 28th, 2026 or earlier). If you wish to verify your current GPO membership status and/or eligibility to run, please contact us at 1-888-647-3366 or [email protected]. PLEASE NOTE: All prospective nominees MUST submit the names of their nominators by the nomination deadline (Friday, Oct 23rd 11:59PM EDT). The form should have a place to include these, but we are experiencing some technical difficulties and sometimes this section of the form does not appear. All Regional Reps must be nominated by min. 5 GPO members from their region; YGO Co-Chairs and Secretary must be nominated by min. 15 GPO members from at least 3 regions.)
