Ontario Greens Leader Mike Schreiner released the following statement following news that the Supreme Court has ordered the Ontario government back to the Ontario Superior Court in the Ontario v. Mathur case, where seven young people challenged the Ford government’s 2018 decision to adopt weaker climate targets as a breach of their Charter rights.
