A baby barred owl that has recently fledged from its nest in Presqu’ile provincial park. While climbing up a tree to reach safety at top, it temporarily jumped on a branch, to rest, which I caught on camera, using its wings to steady itself on the branch. It waited about ten minutes, then continued up.
