Tim Grant grew up in Moore Park and has lived in Harbord Village for the past 38 years. For seven years, he was the chair of the Harbord Village Residents’ Association, one of the most active associations in Toronto. He was the co-chair of the Downtown West Solar Energy Project that enabled over 100 households to add solar systems to their rooftops. He also co-chaired Tower Power Toronto, which helped residents of condos and co-ops green their buildings. A former high school teacher, Tim founded and has published Green Teacher magazine for 25 years. Twice a provincial candidate in the old riding of Trinity-Spadina, Tim is excited to be a candidate again in the new riding of University-Rosedale. He is currently the Ontario Green Party’s transportation critic.
