Karitsa Tye

Karitsa Tye will take impactful environmental action and address unaffordable housing and inflation in Brampton East.

Working as an educator for the Peel District School Board, Karitsa shares her passion for the environment with staff and students through hands-on initiatives. Before entering the education sector, she worked for the Ministry of the Attorney General and spent several years in media production. She holds a Bachelor of fine arts with honours at Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of education from Charles Sturt University.

Karitsa is privileged and honoured to support the Greens for their strong leadership and vision to build the Ontario we want: a place that is environmentally sustainable and socially just.
