Push for real solutions to the housing and homelessness crisis
Protect Ontario’s precious farmland and natural spaces from Ford’s sprawl agenda
Tackle the rising cost of living by lowering prices on food, housing, and heating, promoting clean, affordable energy, and holding the Ford government accountable for spending that fails to put people before wealthy insiders.

As the Ontario Legislature returns on October 20, I’m writing to urge you to focus this session on the issues that truly matter to Ontarians. The housing crisis continues to worsen, with affordable homes out of reach for too many and over 81,000 people experiencing homelessness across our province. We need real action on housing affordability and homelessness. Ontario’s farmland continues to disappear at an alarming rate, threatening our $52-billion agri-food economy, food security and natural heritage. I urge you to protect these irreplaceable resources rather than opening them up for sprawl development. As other jurisdictions move forward with clean energy solutions that create jobs and energy independence, Ontario is falling behind. This legislative session presents an opportunity to position our province as a leader in the growing green economy while bringing down the cost of energy for everyday people. I expect you to use this legislative session to address these urgent priorities and to be transparent and accountable about how my tax dollars are being spent. Ontarians deserve a government that listens to their concerns and works for their interests.
