Born and raised in Toronto, I have spent most of my life in the GTA aside from a two year stint abroad. I have a BA degree from York University (1995) with a major in Political Science minoring in Economics and am also currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program at Queens University.
I have worked for the past 14 years on the management team of an industrial contractor based in the GTA with specific focus on water treatment, waste management and alternative energy projects within Ontario and across the country.
I have worked extensively on many political campaigns since my university days but moved to the Green Party in 2005, attracted to the Party’s focus on the environment and fiscal and social responsibility. In 2007 I became the CEO of the Etobicoke Lakeshore EDA for the Green Party of Canada and was the campaign manager for Dave Corail’s federal campaign in 2008, helping raise the Green Party’s share of the vote from 5.0% to 7.0%.
I currently live in south Etobicoke with my spouse and my young daughter and spend my free time cooking, traveling abroad and spending time with my family. As Toronto Male representative I would represent the city I have grown up in and love for the benefit of the political party of the future, the Green Party of Ontario.
