Bryan Bondy is a writer and creative director. His company, Scout Design, provides branding and marketing for clients including tourism organizations, wineries, political candidates and parties including the Ontario Greens. Recognized as a regional expert in social media, Bryan’s column, Local Area Network, is published every Saturday in the Belleville Intelligencer; he also writes a weekly column on networking for Picton’s County Weekly News.
A former provincial and federal Liberal riding association president, Bryan notably defected to the Greens over the McGuinty government’s treatment of energy and local democracy issues. Active in growing the local association, Bryan now serves as campaign manager for GPO Energy Critic Treat Hull in Prince Edward—Hastings.
With his years of experience in internal party politics matched with his enthusiasm and new ideas, Bryan is running for the Regional Representative—East position. Based in Prince Edward County and previously a resident of Ottawa, Bryan knows this part of the province well.
“I am running to represent a new breed of Ontario Greens, and to demonstrate the GPO’s attraction to disaffected partisans of all political stripes, who seek new solutions to Ontario’s challenges. Please consider supporting me as your Regional Representative—East at this year’s AGM.”
