The hotel has provided a private web link to reserve rooms at our special group rate. Register for the AGM to receive the link.

Parking

50% discount on day parking (normally $15/day plus taxes) at the hotel for meeting attendees. Daytime parking is valid from 6am-6pm. Please note: this discount is only applicable on day parking rates. After 6pm, parking is $3.00/hour or $39 overnight plus taxes. **To receive the discount on day parking, you must get a parking ticket and keep it until the end of the day. The convener or Banquet and Conference Service Manager can validate in order to redeem the 50% discount. Underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard Street between Yonge St and Bay St.

Directions

From Pearson International Airport

  • Driving
    • Head east and follow signs to Highway 409 East. Take Exit 1 and travel to Highway 427 or 401
    • Exit onto 427 South to 401 West. Keep left and follow signs for Gardiner Expressway/Toronto and merge onto Gardiner Expressway East
    • Take the Spadina Avenue exit
    • Turn left onto Lower Spadina Avenue
    • Turn right onto Adelaide Street
    • Turn left onto University Avenue
    • Turn right onto Gerrard Street. Chelsea Hotel is on the right
  • UP Express
    • Trains between downtown Toronto (Union Station) and Pearson Airport take 25 minutes and run every 15 minutes. (5:30am – 1:00am Daily)
  • TTC
    • Take the 192 Airport Rocket, which connects at Kipling Station on the Bloor-Danforth subway line.
    • Board the eastbound train to Yonge/Bloor station and transfer to the southbound platform. Take the Southbound train to Dundas station and walk north on Yonge Street before turning left at Gerrard Street.

From Union Station

  • Take the Subway from Union Station to Dundas Station
  • Exit via Atrium on Bay (NW corner) and walk (5 min) North on Yonge St.
  • Turn left on Gerrard.

  • Take the bus from Bay and Front St. West to Bay and Elm St.
  • Walk (3 min) North on Bay toward Elm St.
  • Turn right onto Gerrard.
