CONVENTION HOTEL ROOMS AND PARKING

Hotel Rooms

The hotel has provided a private web link to reserve rooms at our special group rate. Register for the AGM to receive the link and be sure to book by September 8th to secure this deal!

Hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

Parking

Convention guests receive a discounted parking rate of $8 per vehicle for delegates (Regular rate – $12)

For guests staying at the hotel:

Step 1: Pull a ticket at the parking entrance.

Step 2: Claim a parking ticket valid for your entire stay at the front desk upon check-in and discard the ticket you pulled in Step 1

Step 3: The parking ticket can be used to get in and out of the garage (The charge will be included with your room upon check-out)

For guests not staying at the hotel:

Step 1: Pull a ticket at the parking entrance

Step 2: Pay at the front desk to get a discounted ($8) single exit pass and discard the ticket you pulled in Step 1

Step 3: Insert the ticket provided at the desk to exit the parking garage

There are 4 EV charging stations on the upper parking level.

Please note that the parking lot of the hotel does not have an accessible entrance/exit. If you require an accessible entrance/exit, the best option is to be dropped off at the reception. Then you can use the elevator at the end of the hallway to get to the second floor meeting area.

Directions

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Kitchener-Waterloo is easily accessible by driving from Waterloo or Pearson Airports

The VIA Rail and GO Train are also convenient options.

• Turn Right on Victoria Street, Turn Left on King Street, Turn Right on Benton Street, Hotel is on the left side
