About Susan Doyle

Susan is the CEO of a provincial eco-education nonprofit dedicated to reconnecting children and youth with nature through regenerative land and water practices for optimal health and well-being. A strategic, systems-focused executive leader, she holds a Master’s in Social Work and has completed executive education at Harvard’s Kennedy School and Rotman School of Management, specializing in nonprofit leadership, performance measurement, and financial management.

A certified coach, Susan supports nonprofit executives while actively serving her community. She has held multiple board roles and currently sits on the governance Parent Involvement Committee for the Halton District School Board and the board of a local Brain Injury Association.

Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, Susan has received numerous awards for her leadership in inclusive governance, LGBTQ+ advocacy, and policy development.

As a mother of three in the Halton District School Board’s French Immersion pathway, she volunteers on her local school council and spends her free time cheering on community sports leagues.
