About Roxanne Tellier

Roxanne Tellier brings a wealth of experience from a dynamic career that has spanned bartending, show business, sales, political writing, office administration, and founding a monthly periodical focused on computers and the internet. Her diverse background has shaped her passion for justice, sustainability, and building stronger communities.

Since moving to Windsor from Toronto in 2022, Roxanne has been a dedicated advocate for local issues. She serves on the Age Friendly Working Group at Windsor’s City Hall (2022-2026 term), writes and edits a monthly newsletter for the Jack Russell Rescue Organization, launched a small pet supply business, and is actively involved in local community theatre.

Roxanne believes in a government that puts people first—one that tackles homelessness, food insecurity, and environmental challenges with real, lasting solutions. Public services, built through decades of taxpayer investment, must be protected from those who seek to dismantle them for private gain.

While fostering a strong economy is essential, it cannot come at the cost of rising food bank reliance and a housing crisis. A thriving city is one that prioritizes both business and its people, ensuring no one is left behind.

It’s time for Windsor-Tecumseh to lead the way toward a green and just future, where every resident can live with dignity and security.
