Committed to building a more equitable society, Randi is a proud member and advocate for the 2SLGBTQ+ community, championing inclusivity and human rights. She actively works to address systemic inequalities and is dedicated to decolonizing her perspective, ensuring that fairness, empathy, and respect for diverse voices are at the heart of her work.

With a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and anti-racism education, Randi has spent years dismantling barriers and empowering marginalized communities. She believes in fostering meaningful dialogue and driving bold, transformative policies that put people and the planet first.
