About Chloe Tangpongprush

Chloe Tangpongprush is a public transit advocate who has worked with the advocacy group TTCriders, fighting for lower TTC fares for working-class families.
She has organized activists and advocated on local media for local, provincial, and federal funding for transit, including championing new subway trains, funding bus services, and protecting Wheel-Trans services for seniors and people with disabilities. She’s a proud resident of Yonge and Eglinton and in her free time, enjoys exploring the city on bike, reading manga, and brewing specialty coffee.

Chloe also believes that through strong action-oriented policy, Ontario can become a society of abundance: abundant, affordable housing, abundant Green jobs, and abundant opportunities for all. She aims to deliver a progressive, positive, and youthful vision of politics and is committed to pursuing green solutions to tackling climate change. She is critically aware of the climate crisis and excited to present the vision that politics does not have to be a zero-sum game.
