Catherine Jones is a healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, senior leader, and educator. 

As a Green Party candidate for Mushkegowuk—James Bay, Catherine champions Indigenous rights and self-governance, recognizing the essential role of Indigenous voices in shaping policy. She is committed to improving access to healthcare services, particularly in remote communities, and advocates for strong local economies that create well-paying jobs and ensure affordable food and housing for all.

Guided by the principles of caring, connection, and climate readiness, Catherine understands the urgency to protect our planet and communities for future generations. Her lifelong passion for environmental sustainability and community well-being drives her advocacy for solutions that empower people while respecting the land.
