Chris Hill nominated as Ontario Greens candidate in Mississauga–Streetsville

MISSISSAUGA — Chris Hill has been nominated as the Ontario Greens’ candidate in Mississauga–Streetsville.

Hill is one of Canada’s most well-respected fleet managers. Over the course of his career, he’s worked with the City of Toronto, City of Hamilton, the Ontario Government and, most recently, the City of Guelph. Under his leadership, cities have been able to reduce emissions and fuel use by adopting more electric and hybrid vehicles.

“We have all the tools and knowledge we need to make our communities more sustainable and address the issues top of mind for our neighbours” said Hill. “All we’re missing is a government willing to get it done, and that’s why I’m standing with the Ontario Greens’ in this election.”

“Chris’ experience working with cities to adopt more sustainable practices will make him an effective advocate for his community at Queen’s Park,” said Ontario Greens’ leader Mike Schreiner.

Hill has an MBA from The University of Toronto and has been an Ontario Greens member since 2007.
