Michelle Petersen nominated as Ontario Greens candidate in Orléans

OTTAWA — Michelle Petersen has been nominated as the Ontario Greens’ candidate for Orléans in the upcoming provincial election.
Petersen is a registered psychotherapist who grew up in Orléans and has more than 20 years of experience working in social and community services.
“As your representative, I’m prepared to invest in our community,” said Petersen. “To listen, to learn, to gain your trust and your votes.”
“Michelle shares our vision of a Green government that invests in housing, health care, and sustainable communities” said Ontario Greens’ leader Mike Schreiner. “Her courage and determination will make her a strong, and influential voice for people in Orléans.”
Petersen is a proud Franco-Ontarian, fearless French-language advocate, and the Ontario Greens’ Caucus leader for the Francophonie. She lives in Orléans with her 11-year-old son.
