Ford’s stubbornness on vaccine certificates making the fourth wave worse

TORONTO — Mike Schreiner released the following statement regarding vaccine certificates:

“Doug Ford’s refusal to implement vaccine certificates is leaving municipalities, small businesses, and local medical officers of health to step up to fill the void left by the Premier’s absence.

It’s yet another abdication of responsibility at a time when Ontario needs direction.

Doug Ford needs to stop dragging his feet, do the right thing and implement a vaccine certificate that is secure and accessible.”
