The Green Vision Tour is a 20-city tour of the province to share the Green Party’s Green Vision for Ontario, the party’s blueprint for People Powered Change, focusing on Jobs, People, and Planet.

Day Six starts off in Perth, with a series of media interviews discussing important issues such as protecting water, ending the nuclear gravy train and reducing income inequality, then doing a meet and greet at a local cafe. In the afternoon, the Green Vision team heads off to Ottawa, where Mike Schreiner talks to University of Ottawa students on how politics can better address youth issues – focusing on how parties can include youth voices in the conversation and hitting on some key problems: youth unemployment, mental health, accessibility of government services, and local environmental problems. After a few more media interviews, Mike Schreiner and team join Green Party of Canada leader Elizabeth May at fundraiser held in in the Katimavik-Hazeldean neighbourhood of Kanata.
