I want thank our incredible candidates Dr. Stacey Danckert and Paula Conning for giving up their summer to be the voice for the principled policies of the GPO. Your hard work and dedication has attracted new members and supporters not only in your ridings but across the province.
Thank you also to the families of the candidates whose support enabled our candidates to give 100% throughout this campaign.
To our volunteers: congratulations on a job well done. Your hard work and passion helped us reach voters on their doorsteps. Thank you for giving up your weekends and evenings to spread the priorities of the Green Party and support our candidates
The GPO will continue to mobilize our supporters to push for fair schools, to stop paving over farmland and to protect our pocketbooks from expensive nuclear cost overruns.
Greens want the minority parliament to work. And we will continue to speak out against the political games that have manufactured crisis after crisis at Queen’s Park – bringing us to the brink of another general election not once but twice this past spring.
The status quo at Queen’s Park means games are now being played with our children’s education. Well, the status quo isn’t good enough. We must do better. Together, we will do better.
