MEDIA ADVISORY: Danckert challenges K-W candidates to protect Ontarians from costly nuclear

Kitchener-Waterloo, Green Party of Ontario (GPO) by-election candidate Stacey Danckert will be joined by GPO Leader Mike Schreiner to present the GPO’s plan to protect Ontario taxpayers from nuclear cost overruns. Danckert is the only candidate to sign the Ontario Clean Air Alliance’s Electricity Consumer Protection Pledge, that will ensure nuclear is on the same footing as other sources such as wind and solar.

Danckert and Schreiner will outline the GPO’s plan help KW save money, and to create jobs by making Ontario and Kitchener-Waterloo the North American leader in energy efficiency.
