Statement by Green Party Leader Mike Schreiner on Labour Day

As we gather with family and friends to mark the end of summer, Labour Day is a day to celebrate family and community. The Green Party of Ontario is committed to working with you to ensure that we have a prosperous economy that nourishes and sustains our communities and promotes the health and well being of all Ontarians.

Labour Day is a special day to pay tribute to the working women and men who have built this great province and contribute so much to the vibrancy of our communities. It is also a time to reflect on the important contributions of the labour movement to our quality of life. Thank you.
