Steven Warren

Steven Warren is running for the Ontario Greens in Kanata-Carleton to break the status quo and stop the destruction of Ontario’s environment and public services. 

He is currently pursuing an Honours B.A. in Political Science at the University of Ottawa. He is the son of a working class family with his mother working at Queensway Carleton Hospital and his father being a retired auto worker. Steven is a proud resident of Ottawa’s west end and is currently working as a gig worker in Kanata. 

Steven is motivated and dedicated to breaking the status quo in Ontario politics to create real change. With more unprecedented climate disasters, recent flooding in West Carleton and last year’s derecho storm, he knows Kanata-Carleton residents are living in the midst of the climate crisis. Steven is also concerned about the privatization of Ontario’s public healthcare and the lack of affordable housing. He knows the Ontario Greens are presenting the best solutions to help Kanata-Carleton residents move forward, and is eager to lead the charge.
