About Stephanie

Stephanie Leblanc’s decision to run for the Greens in Whitby stems from her riding’s growing concern that Ontario’s government is not doing enough to address the fundamental issues that face us today: climate anxiety, affordability and housing, the mental health crisis, and electoral reform.

Stephanie was born and raised in Whitby, where she currently works and lives with her family. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and is now studying environmental technology at Durham College.

Ontarians need strong and decisive action to improve the present and future of this great province. Stephanie knows the Green Party’s plan is the only one that can address the climate crisis, affordability, and the rights of Indigenous people. She is ready to push the government out of the status quo and towards the better, greener future that we all need.

Honoured to be running for the Green Party of Ontario, Stephanie will work hard to be a strong voice for Whitby at Queen’s Park.
