Dean Boulding

Dean Boulding is committed to reversing the effects of climate change in his community of Scarborough—Guildwood.

A seasoned professional, Dean’s past work has taken him all over the globe. After working in computer-aided manufacturing in Toronto and London, Dean pivoted his career to management consultation. He has advised governments, private firms, and international financial institutions like the World Bank on policy development, budgeting, and energy resource management.

With the looming threat of the climate crisis becoming increasingly apparent in recent years, Dean once again redirected his efforts and obtained a Master’s in environmental science from the University of Toronto’s Scarborough Campus. He now focuses on measuring the impacts of climate change in Ontario.

Dean values the importance of giving back to his community. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he volunteered in a commercial kitchen, vaccine clinics, and testing centres. He has been a long-term member of Rotary International and has managed community youth soccer programs. He is happily married and the proud father of two teenage daughters.

Equipped with the leadership skills Ontario needs to build the future we want, Dean is ready to be a strong voice at Queen’s Park for the people of Scarborough—Guildwood.
