Aneep Dhade

Aneep Dhade was born and raised in the Greater Toronto area and is honoured to be the candidate representing the Green Party for Brampton North.

Aneep is proud to call Brampton her hometown. She’s watched it grow over a span of more than thirty years and sees the immense potential here for responsible, sustainable development in a growing and vibrant community. She is excited to be a part of helping to shape this community for future generations, and believes that the seeds we plant now will help ensure a greener, brighter future for everyone.

With more than a decade of experience in the public sector, Aneep has worked at Queen’s Park across several Ministries with responsibility for social, health, environmental, infrastructure and intergovernmental policy. She holds an Honours B.A. in Political Science and Psychology with some post graduate training in Economics.

Social justice, support for mental health, affordable housing and green transit are all causes she is passionate about. Aneep volunteers in the community, and enjoys spending most of her spare time outdoors and in nature.
