Provincial Executive Retreat 2015

What is the PE retreat?: Once a year, the PE meets for an in person retreat over a weekend. The retreat starts Friday evening and ends on Sunday at noon. Friday evening is primarily social, Saturday will be a heavy business day with a social in the evening, and Sunday will be additional meeting time.

The retreat offers a chance to meet other PE members in person, as well as a chance for strategic discussions and to plan in more depth. The agenda will include both decision making sessions and workshops for committee work such as Election Readiness and Strategic Review. A detailed agenda will be available closer to the retreat weekend.

Date: Friday November 20 (anytime after 5pm) to Sunday November 23 at 12:00pm

Location: 67 Mowat Ave Suite 035 Toronto, ON M6K 3E3 (GPO office!) 

Most meals, billeting, meeting materials and rooms will be provided. Travel costs and other incidentals can be submitted for a goods & services tax receipt which you can use for a refund on your taxes next year in the same way you would for a monetary donation. If you choose yes for Friday or Saturday night, we will connect you with a local Green Party supporter in Toronto where you can stay while you are attending the retreat.

The GPO is committed to removing barriers for PE members to participate in our yearly in-person retreats. This includes doing what we can to reduce expenses if they are prohibitive.
